About the game
2048 is the classic number merging puzzle played on a board of four rows and four columns. When you swipe the screen or press an arrow key, every tile on the board slides in the same direction. When two tiles showing the same number bump into each other they merge and their value doubles: two and two make four, four and four make eight. After every move a new tile drops into an empty spot, so keeping the board tidy really matters. In our version every tile has tiny eyes and changes color as its number grows, and merges throw out little bursts of colorful sparkles. Keeping your biggest tile in a corner and lining the numbers up in order is a great strategy. The game ends when no moves are left, and you win when you build the 2048 tile.
