How to play
- Explore the island and aim at a block with the crosshair.
- Break it, or place the block you picked from the bar at the bottom.
- Complete the goals in the Quests panel to earn stars and unlock new blocks.
- Follow the sparkles to find the 5 hidden gold blocks.
- Build your house; your work is saved automatically.
Controls
Keyboard and mouse: click to lock the mouse, look with the mouse, WASD to walk, Space to jump, left click to break, right click or E to place, 1-9 and 0 to pick a block, wheel to switch blocks, F to fly (Space up, Shift down), G for quests, P to pause. Touch: left side joystick, drag the right side to look, tap to break/place; JUMP, BREAK, PLACE and FLY buttons.
About the game
Block World is a 3D build-and-explore game that runs right in your browser. You roam a freshly generated island full of hills, beaches, lakes and trees from a first-person view. Look at a block to break it, or place the block in your hand wherever you like; there are nine core blocks including grass, dirt, stone, sand, wood, leaves, glass, brick and gold, plus colorful paint blocks. The game never leaves you without a goal: the Quests panel asks you to stack a tower, place ten glass blocks, plant a flower garden, climb the highest flag hill without flying, dig all the way down and find five hidden gold blocks tucked away on the island. Every quest earns stars and unlocks new blocks. Sparkles give away where the gold is, but some of it is buried under the ground. Everything you build is saved on your device, so your house is waiting when you come back. You can also create a brand-new world from a seed number. Fly mode lets you see the island from above and build huge structures. Free to play with no download or sign-up.

FAQ
Are my builds saved in Block World?
Yes. Every block you change, your quest progress and your unlocked blocks are saved on your device, so you continue where you left off.
How do I find the hidden gold?
Every world hides 5 gold blocks. Yellow sparkles rise above them; some are on the surface and some are a block or two underground. Dig below the sparkles.
Can I play on my phone?
Yes. The left side is a joystick and dragging the right side looks around; tap blocks to break or place them and use the buttons to jump and fly.
