How to play
- Your character runs on their own; drag or use the arrow keys to move left and right.
- Green and blue gates make your number bigger, red gates (− and ÷) make it smaller.
- Collect cubes that match your number: they merge and double it. The gold ×2 cube always doubles.
- Dodge red walls and saws; if your number drops to zero, the level is over.
- The higher you climb the number staircase at the end, the more coins you earn; spend them on upgrades and outfits.
Controls
Touch: drag your finger left and right on the screen. Keyboard: move with the ← → arrow keys or A / D, press Enter or Space on the level-end screen to go to the next level, P to pause.
About the game
Number Run is a 3D running and math game where you guide a runner carrying a colorful number cube above their head. Your character runs forward on their own; you only slide left and right. The track is full of split gates marked +8, ×2, −12 or ÷2, and you have a split second to choose which one to run through. Cubes on the track that match your number merge with it and double it: 8 and 8 become 16, then 32, and every merge plays a slightly higher note. Cubes with a different number are simply added to yours. Red walls and sliding saws take points away, and if your number drops to zero the level is over. After the finish line, a number staircase from x1 to x10 is waiting: the bigger your number, the higher you climb and the more coins you earn. Spend coins to upgrade your starting number and gate bonus, or to buy new outfits. All 30 fixed levels are the same for every player, the first level is very easy and the difficulty rises in waves; every fifth level is a bonus level packed with cubes. Is my progress saved in Number Run?
Yes. Your level, coins, upgrades and outfits are saved on your device, so you continue from where you left off when you come back.
When do cubes merge?
If the cube's number is exactly equal to the number above your head, they merge and your number doubles. Otherwise the cube's number is added to yours. The gold ×2 cube always doubles it.
Do I have to watch ads?
No. At the end of a level you can optionally watch an ad to triple that level's coins; if you don't, the game simply continues. There are no random loot boxes or wheels.
