How to play

1. Point the mouse or your finger where you want your worm to go.
2. Eat the glowing pellets; the longer you get, the higher you climb.
3. Hold to boost (lightning button on touch), but it costs some length.
4. Cut in front of BOT worms so they hit your body: +50 points and all their pellets.
5. Never touch another body or the arena wall with your head.

Controls

Touch: hold your finger in the direction you want to go, hold the lightning button bottom-right to boost, tap the bottom-left button to change skins. Keyboard and mouse: steer with the mouse, hold the click or Space/Shift to boost; turn with the arrow keys or A/D, change skins with C. P: pause.

About the game

Worm Arena is a fast game of growth and cunning set in a huge, glowing neon arena. You start as a small worm; every shining pellet you eat makes you longer and thicker and pushes you up the live leaderboard. More than twenty BOT worms roam the arena with you, and each has its own style: some only chase food, some play it safe and steer away from danger, and some lie in wait to cut you off. The rule is simple but ruthless: if your head touches another worm's body, you are out. The same rule applies to your rivals, so if you slip in front of a BOT at the right moment and make it crash into your body, its whole length turns into bright pellets that are yours to collect. You can hold to boost, but boosting burns some of your length, so choose your sprints wisely. Growing longer unlocks new skins: lava, ice, rainbow, a golden king with a crown and a galaxy look. Your best length is saved, so every round is a chance to beat the last one. Free to play on phone, tablet and computer with no download.
