About the game
Canyon Jet is a fast, unforgiving one-tap flying game. You pilot a fighter jet at low altitude through a canyon glowing red at sunset. Every tap or press of the space bar fires the afterburner and the jet climbs; let go and gravity pulls the nose down. Steel towers with hazard stripes line up ahead and you must thread the narrow gap between them. After a few gates the towers start sliding up and down, spiked mines drift into the gaps, and further on red laser gates blink on and off in a steady rhythm. Skim a tower and you earn a near-miss bonus with a short slow-motion moment, and back-to-back near misses build a streak multiplier. Blue energy cores give extra points. One hit and the jet breaks apart in a huge explosion. In Normal mode the pace rises gradually, while Hardcore starts with high speed and tight gaps from the first second. As your best score climbs, desert, stealth, arctic and inferno skins unlock. It is free and plays in the browser on phone and computer with no download.
How to play
- Choose Normal or Hardcore mode.
- Tap the screen or press Space to fire the afterburner.
- Fly through the gap between the steel towers; each gate is 1 point.
- Skim towers for near-miss bonuses and stay clear of mines and active lasers.
- Blue energy cores are worth +3; your best score unlocks new jet skins.
